Request for Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) Support: Advancing the AfrailX Deployment in Northern Namibia

On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, we sent a letter to the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) requesting written support for the deployment of AfrailX in Northern Namibia.
Operating under the Presidency of the Republic of Namibia, NIPDB is tasked with developing institutional mechanisms and coordinating efforts for the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across Namibia. The NIPDB focuses on four key areas for MSME development: Access to Finance, Access to Markets, Capacity Building, and Ideation.
Additionally, NIPDB offers investors a comprehensive range of services, including facilitating exploratory visits, business registration, visa and permit applications, obtaining licenses, and fostering partnerships. The NIPDB also works closely with relevant agencies to identify and address both general and sectoral challenges, contributes to policy development for a conducive investment environment, and provides aftercare services for current investors.
AfrailX is preparing to launch its Private Placement Offering (#PPO) in the U.S. Capital Markets under Regulation D Rule 506(c) of the US Securities Act, with the goal of raising USD $3.57 billion for the development and deployment of the AfrailX Duo Floc Rail Technology—an eco-friendly, driverless urban mass transit system in Northern Namibia and Miami, Florida.
The letter of support from NIPDB will be included in the AfrailX Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), along with the Form D filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
